  • Aqua Safari reserves the right to cancel the tour without refund for violations

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if drugs or alcohol are used during the guided tour. Aqua Safari monitors local weather and may cancel tours if conditions are unsafe; in such cases, your guided tour will be rescheduled.
